The Podcast

Talking Eyes is a podcast dedicated to bridging the gap between cutting-edge research, and the everyday experiences of clinicians, researchers, and the general

public. The mission is to demystify the complexities of vision, eye health and best practice management by translating the research.

Conversations with leading experts focus on the latest scientific advancements, and pathways to optimal care for different vision conditions. We provide clear guidelines for clinicians, as well as expectations for the non-clinician on how their eye care should best be managed.

“Wow great podcast! We blame ourselves for not doing the right things but this is an eye opener!”

- Listener

“Thank you for creating this resource. Several members of the general public, who had retinal diseases discussed in this podcast, have since contacted us and become

involved in clinical trials. This includes a family with a very rare inherited retinal gene mutation, who is now able to access a new treatment through an industry sponsored clinical trial”

- Show Guest

“Wow, what a fantastic resource you have created! Making science and research accessible, digestible and exciting is a knack and you have nailed it. Congratulations and thank you for this podcast. I can’t wait to tune into future episodes!”
